Slumdog Star Rubina Alis Dad Now Trying to Sell her for £200k Pounds
Slumdog Millionaire youngster Rubina Ali’s instantaneous sensation has made her father so gluttonous that he has offered his daughter for sale. Father Rafiqe Qureshi wants to become a millionaire by selling his nine years old daughter. Rafiqe demanding millions of rupees worth £200k for adoption of his angel faced daughter.
Slumdog Millionaire youngster, Rubina Ali, who played the role of Latika lives with her family in slum of Mumbai’s Dharavi. Now dad Rafiq really wants to get cash against the price of his nine years old daughter’s success in the blockbuster Oscur winner film. He wants to sell her to the maximum bidder. He offered the contract to News of the World’s undercover fake sheik. Whereas negotiating about the auction of his daughter, Rafique told the fake sheikh:
“I have to consider what’s best for me, my family and Rubina’s future.” He also added,
We live in one room; seven of us sleep on the floor. I earn between 300 Rupees ($6) and Rs 500 ($10) a day, but since all this film thing I haven’t even worked. We have got nothing out of this film, they have given us nothing.
Rubina’s dad also blamed Hollywood bosses for forcing him to set her up for auction and claims, “We’ve got nothing out of this film.” According to an insider, the news has been found that the family of Rubina is furious, because of doing so well in the film their daughter becoming so celebrated, but they are still living in very bad economic condition.
News of the World’s undercover that, Rafiqe is approaching to adopt her daughter to a wealthy Arab sheik who has interest on him. And according to News of the World,
They were approached by one wealthy Middle Eastern family who saw their plight in an item on Al Jazeera TV. The couple expressed an interest in adopting young Rubina and her parents’ eyes lit up.
